Questions, answered

Is the coach really an AI?

Yes, and we're upfront about it everywhere. The AI builds and adapts your plan from templates reviewed by certified human coaches, and human coaches supervise how it behaves. On the Transformation plan, you also get a monthly check-in with a real human coach.

What about my food allergies?

Allergies are absolute exclusions. Beyond instructing the AI, we run a separate server-side check that scans every ingredient of every meal against your allergen list, including derivatives and hidden sources. A meal that fails the check is regenerated and never reaches you.

I'm a beginner with no equipment. Will this work?

Absolutely. Your program adapts to your level and your equipment: bodyweight only, a pair of dumbbells, or a full gym. Every exercise comes with a simpler substitution.

Can I change meals I don't like?

Yes, every meal has a swap button. The replacement respects the same calories, macros, diet type, and allergen rules. Free plans get one swap a week; paid plans are unlimited.

Is this medical advice?

No. Coachryn provides general fitness and nutrition guidance and is not medical advice. We ask safety questions up front, and for anything medical like pain, conditions, or pregnancy, we'll always point you to a professional.

What happens to my data?

Your health data is yours. It's stored securely with row-level security, photos live in a private bucket, we run no third-party analytics on health fields, and you can export or delete everything from settings at any time.
