Terms of Service
1. The service
Coachryn provides personalized fitness programs, meal plans, and a conversational coaching assistant. The coach is an artificial intelligence (AI), supervised by certified human coaches. It is presented as such throughout the product and will confirm it whenever asked.
2. Not medical advice
Coachryn provides general fitness and nutrition guidance and is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any program. If you experience pain beyond normal soreness, injury symptoms, or have any health condition, stop and seek professional care. Coachryn is intended for adults (18+) only.
3. Allergies
You are responsible for declaring your allergies accurately and for checking labels when you shop and cook. We apply strict exclusion rules and an automated ingredient validation pass to every meal, but you remain the final check on what you eat.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans (Premium, monthly; Transformation, quarterly) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings via the self-service billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Your data
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
